Buffalo Bill was a present for Debi from Fred at Masefield.

He came from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and arrived in a tin can. Debi had to open it with a can opener, then out popped Bill!

He lived on top of Debi's computer at Masefield, where some naughty people used to stuff him back in his can when Debi wasn't looking!

He generally just roams around, but he really enjoys stampeding all over people!!
